Shipping and Return Policy

SHIPMENTS: All shipments will be prepaid at time of order and shipped directly to customer.

FREIGHT CLAIMS: All merchandise leaves the factory in good condition. Title to all shipments passes to the customer when picked up by the delivering carrier. All freight claims should be made directly to the carrier by the customer.

RETURNED SHIPMENTS: No material will be accepted without prior permission or authorization. Authorized truck returns will be credited to the customers account less a 15% restocking charge & container repackaging charge when necessary. If the container is damaged or unusable, the cost of the container will be deducted from the credit. Single gallons and quart bottles are not re-usable. The cost of these containers will be deducted from the credit. Customers will be notified upon the return of material.

No credit will be issued on opened EPA products (disinfectants, or algaecides).

SMALL ORDERS: Orders of less than 4 x 1 single gallons or 15 pounds will get a Five dollar small order charge.

UPS & FEDEX HANDLING: Parcel shipments require special handling and packaging. A charge of $4.00 will be added to each package up to $10.00 shipped via UPS or FedEx. There will be a fee of $2.00 per box for 6 gallon pails and a $1.50/box for all applicable box charges.

HAZMAT SHIPPING: Hazmat shipments may incur surcharges.

ORDER STATUS: We will confirm your order immediately upon receipt by email.

PAYMENT OPTIONS: Purchases may be paid for by Visa, MasterCard, American Express or Discover Credit Cards. Credit Card authorization occurs on order confirmation and charge occurs at order placement.

SALES TAX: As applicable, state and county tax will be added to your order.
